3 in 1: Zurich Walking Tour - Cruise on the Lake - Cable Car Ride to Felsenegg

This tour was wonderful! The walking portion is about 3-4 miles in total just for reference. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and he knew a lot of fun facts about Zurich. There are some absolutely beautiful places to stop and take photos and places you can bookmark to spend more time at later. I'd highly recommend this tour if you don't have a lot of time in Zurich to explore but you'd like to see a great overview of what the city has to offer.

My sisters and I had the BEST Tour with Greg. We were only in Switzerland for the weekend and really only had one good day to spend in Zurich, so I was worried about the best way to spend our time. But with this tour you get the full Switzerland experience. It started at 10:00 am and it's only about 5 hours so you can choose to let the tour be your whole day and feel fully cultured and experienced or you can use it a spring board and continue to venture off on your own. We started with the train trip up the mountain to Uetliberg (sister mountain to Fellsenegg whose cable cars were closed that day) and the views of the Alps were unreal. I felt like I could reach out and touch them. The air was so clear I genuinely have never breathed better in my life, you could see the entire city of Zurich with a fun to-scale solar system walk around the peak and observation deck. We could have spent all day up there but there was so much more to see! The walk through old town was really fun, we learned a bunch of Swiss history and cultural features about the city from Greg along the way. The boat trip on the lake was great. Not choppy at all for any sea sick folk, just smooth sailing. There was an indoor and outdoor option on the boat as well as a restroom. Plus down from the lake there's even more incredible views of all the mountains! Not to mention adorable little hamlets, houses, parks, gardens, and mansions along the lake bed. If you only have 1 day or 1 weekend in Zurich this is the perfect option. You get a whole taste of Switzerland in one tour - and we DEFINITELY stopped at some great chocolate shops too in addition to cruising pass the Lindtt Factory! To top everything off I was feeling really sick that day and our AMAZING tour guide Greg stopped at a pharmacy and spoke the local language to get me a great medicine that fixed me right up so I could fully enjoy the rest of the tour. We joked and laughed and had so many great photo ops, I would relive this day and this tour all over again if I could. And I read that it operated rain or shine which is another big reason I booked as you can never be sure of those April Showers. This tour is your best bet and I would say 100% worth your money. Truly 11/10 !!!
