cold and bumpy

It was a lot of fun! It was just a bit too short. If you are going in the evening, dress warm. It gets chilly and you need to hold on to a handle. Nohands to hold a blanket
Trip canceled due to weather

Trip was canceled due to weather so I can’t evaluate. It would be good to know the logistics in more detail in advance due to the remote location of the meet point.
No Driver Available for our Scheduled Tour
, Jan 2020
We scheduled a tour and planned our whole day around it. Leaving the park early and driving more than an hour to get to the location. When we got there (about 45 minutes early) we interacted with several staff and none of them told us that they did not have a driver or were not expecting a tour. 10 minutes after the scheduled tour was supposed to begin we had to find someone to ask about the tour. At that point we were told they did not have us scheduled. No apologies, just excuses. I was also told that the manager would call me the next day to initiate a refund (I paid more than 400 dollars) and I never got a call. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and concern.

I came with my boyfriend for a weekend trip to Zion National Park. The sunset jeep tour was so fun! You're on a mountain so the views are GREAT! Our driver provided blankets and snacks. All of the staff was so kind and professional!
Awesome experience!!

The ride to the summit was very fun and exciting. Only suggestion is that the meeting place needs a better description. We would have never found where to meet if we had not stopped at a gas station to get directions.
