This was the second time members of the family have bought this particular Segway experience day. Both times we have used the Windsor Bray venue and it's easy to get to, parking is reduced with a voucher sent with the confirmation package once booked. The staff were brilliant and we got training time and then you were off on your own. The time you actually go off on your own will depend which you pay for. It was so much fun even though it had rained the day before my 15 year old son and husband had a brilliant time. Afterwards you can purchase headcam footage, photos etc and there's reasonable prices for everyone. This is something we would recommend although they would love to try the shredder next time too.

I will never book Segway through these again due to time actually having fun is limited to 15 minutes when we paid for a 1 hour session. We booked a 1 hour session for our 2 boys, aged 14 & 15 that cost quite a lot of hard earned money. So far they have been going around in circles for 43 minutes for them to take hundreds of pictures to sell to you or to put on their website. All this was on grass at Hainault Forest, a 10 minute training session would of been sufficient at best but they feel the need to have 45 minutes of training or "team bonding" session is what it felt like. All bikes was fine and staff was also polite but I feel robbed due to the cost and my 2 boys felt robbed of the fun they could of been having.
