It was great, despite our dilemma!

We booked via Viator, upon getting there they didn't have our reservations. We bought a 6 hour, full day float. They got us in promptly and got us out. Our dilemma is we ended up only on a 2 hour float instead of 6 hour. The front desk did refund us for our troubles. Our rafting guide Steph was fantastic as well. Altogether it was a great float just really wish we would have gotten the full day.
