the first part through the park, Horseshoe and the falls was great. But 3 hours in Whistler with the gondola down was way too much. So-so stores and not good lunch places left us ready to return after an hour! would not recommend spending all that time in a van. Thanks, Dick Talmadge

This tour from Vancouver was the highlight of our trip!! Whistler was definitely worth it, but even with over 3 hours it wasn't enough time to see everything. If you're doing the gondola get in line right away or see if you can purchase your ticket online before hand. The line just to buy Gondola tickets was about an hour. That's a lot of wasted time. Go straight to the top of the second leg of the ride. See everything and take pics then stop back at the first peak for more pics then head back down the mountain if you want to explore the town at all. Time runs out fast. We were fortunate enough to see Bears too. The waterfall stop at Shannon Falls was beautiful!! The only negative thing about this tour were the two stops at the sound for bathroom breaks but there was nothing to see at these stops. I would have much rather been able to get out of the car and take pictures at the mining town Britannia Mine instead of just pass by. The other thing I think Viator should do is remove the picture viewed on this tour of the Squamish Suspension Bridge, you don't even stop at Squamish on this tour and that picture is very misleading because that is something you don't even get to do on the tour. Our driver Bijourne (I know that's spelled wrong) was very good. Overall we loved Whistler and this tour.

Amazing!

Luke was a great host! I loved our smaller van so we got to know everyone which was great and the sights were amazing! The only thing I would say is it would have been easy to do an add on of buying the peak to peak bought prior at Whistler either by the company or at least told to purchase prior to coming. The line we were in was long at Whistler. I would not wait for the glass gondola as it for us was not worth the wait - it was better if we had just done the regular gondola to get more time in the snow! Shannon Falls was beautiful! Luke was great b/c he even said if your going to be late call me..and that was not what we got with anybody else. So thank you so much Luke!!

Great trip!

Was a nice trip from the cruise ship to the mountain top, with the stops to visit the falls and along the Sea to Sky highway. The trams going up from Whistler were amazing, and the Peak to Peak was breathtaking. Cloud cover stopped us from going all the way up to the bridge, but still was a great trip.

Loved the Whistler trip. Our guide Jenny was fun and very knowledgeable. We stopped at Horseshoe Bay, Shanon Falls and then to Whistler. At Whistler we took a separate gondola ride called Peak to Peak which was fun and exciting. All in all, a very nice experience

Beautiful scenery, but not a fan of our guide

The scenery was beautiful. We went to Shannon Falls, the gondola nearby (cost extra on the day of the trip - were not asked/informed until we were on our way, and the entire group had to agree), Whistler, and stopped periodically throughout the trip at different scenic spots. This was in addition to driving through downtown Vancouver and hearing about some of the sties. Our guide was well informed. I would have liked more time at the places we stopped. We were rushed through many of our stops in order to move on to the next. More time to look would have been appreciated. When arriving in Whistler, our guide recommended a restaurant. He was quite pushy with the hostess to get us a seat, as there was a wait. It was embarrassing. He then sat with us and asked about happy hour - I'm not comfortable with our driver having a drink at any point. I don't know if he actually did or not, because he then got up and left. This was a restaurant he recommended, but we ended up being stuck there with slow service for 1 1/2 hours, which then ruined the remainder of the time left in Whistler as nothing else could be done due to the short amount of time remaining. Later, our guide asked for payment including a tip, prior to departing Whistler and returning to Vancouver. Others had not paid for the trip at that point, but I had. He did not have record of that payment. I should not have to prove payment in the middle of the trip, particularly when I payed months and months prior. Seems a bit tacky to ask for a tip at all, much less in the middle of a trip. I don't know that I would book this tour again.

Whistler was breathtaking!

This was the final tour of my holiday. My previous tours had been with LandSea Tours and I found their tour guides to be a bit more engaging than this tour company. In saying that, the tour was great and Shannon Falls and Whistler were breathtaking. My biggest tip is that you will get the option of doing a gondola ride near Shannon Falls or wait until Whistler - PLEASE wait until Whistler, it's a little more expensive but the Peak To Peak gondola ride is magnificent. I did my tour in late May so ski season had just stopped. p.s. Make sure you bring your own water, there was not enough on the bus for everyone even though it was to be included.
