Returns to original departure point
Your morning or afternoon cruise begins in Vancouver’s downtown waterfront. Meet your skipper guide, slip into the required red cruiser suit – a life preserver and waterproof outfit in one! – and get a safety tutorial. Then board the open-air, purpose-built Zodiac boat and set off on a scenic ride through Burrard Inlet. Holding a max of 12 passengers, this boat offers a more intimate experience as your group quietly winds through narrow passages not accessible by big boat and gets your closer to native wildlife.

Your expert guide’s commentary makes this an unforgettable wildlife-spotting expedition through gorgeous Vancouver waterways. Glide along the water at speeds up to 30 mph (48 kph), viewing the variegated greenery of Coal Harbour, the North Shore, English Bay, False Creek and Stanley Park, and spot local wildlife like dolphins, harbor seals and bald eagles.

Along the cruise, catch lovely views of locals spending time on the beach, freighters docked in some of Vancouver’s major ports, and the skyscrapers that mark British Columbia’s largest city. Your fun 90-minute boat tour returns back to the departure point.

Great tour of the harbour area!

Jasper was a wonderful boat pilot! We thoroughly enjoyed the slow and scenic parts as well as the faster, more exciting portions of the tour. Jasper was entertaining, informative, and reassuring. A great tour, and coming in around the 1.5 hour time marker, it is a perfect to include in a relaxing or fuller day of vacationing.

How Awesome Raphael is!

It was a great experience and the fee is surely equivalent to the value. The team are great as they kept directing us on the phone when we got lost looking for the pickup location. Raphael, the tour guide was very patience and detailed while exploring and explaining the history of bridge, mountain and the surrounding to us. He has so much to say about Vancouver and we were able to learn alot from him. He is also open-minded and eager to answer all our questions. We will definitely be back and as well recommend this deal to others. Oh, I forgot to add that he also took our pictures with our consent and then emailed it to us after the trip😊. Thank you so much Raphael, we had so much fun!

I am happy to have embraced this opportunity to try an amazing outdoor adventure, around the Granville Island. Ralph, Our Captain managed to do his share of work quite effortlessly. I would highly recommend everyone to try this one out, once. It’s worth a shot!

Our guide was excellent and pointed out all of the history of the buildings and places that we saw including art work. When on the boat, we went slowly for a while, then went fast to get to another location. The boat ride was very nice and we did not get wet. It was a fun tour and I recommend it to all who want a tour of the harbor and history of the area. We took a cab there and gave him the address of the place of departure. He let us out at the boat ramp at the end of Granville Island, and we had to walk back to the address. This is a building you need to find, and not the harbor. Just use the address! The staff was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this activity while in Vancouver!

Our cruise met and went beyond all expectations. It combined going on a city tour with a thrilling ride on a Zodiac. Tavos was great. He was knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions with a great personality. We really had the feeling he loves what he does. It was a highlight of our trip

Zodiac trip

This was a great way to see Vancouver from the water. The Zodiac was fun. I was in the front so I had to really listen to hear our guide in the back. He was informative but lacked enthusiasm. Our Viatour voucher DID not tell us to be there 30 minuets early.

Fun, but soaked

The guide was friendly and knowledgeable.....but we got hammered by the water. It was pretty windy...and the guide miscalculated the locations he took us....right into really choppy seas combined with strong winds. It was like a salt water firehouse to the face for a while. We had to take a taxi back to our hotel completely drenched. My wife had to throw out her purse....ruined. Definitely memorable!
