The customer service was wonderful. Our tour guide was patient, supportive, helpful, knowledgeable, down to earth, and downright FUN!
There was an issue with my original time, scheduled for the tour. I received a phone call and text messages with other options, and confirmations of the changes.
You won't regret this tour. It's intimate in a sense and you see all the good things in Tampa.
I suggest take it as soon as you can in relation to your Tampa arrival. It will show you things as a visitor that you can actually do with your time there. Book it before you arrive. Everything sold out the weekend (Memorial Day) I was there. I only got to do this, because I booked way before I actually arrived in Tampa.

This tour was exceptional. A beautiful sunny Florida day and the guide spoke loudly and gave us so much information. It was money well spent! There were five of us and we would’ve preferred a seat not facing the back. Those people in the back couldn’t see what the guide was talking about until we passes it. front facing seats would’ve been so much better. Other than that it was perfect.

Actually many of our guests prefer seating in the back but as I’m sure you experienced, we explain to all parties at the beginning of the tour that out of courtesy, when we announce the halfway point all parties have the opportunity to switch seats. There are no all forward facing golf carts but we have began purchasing 8 seaters which will help a bit as well. 😁 Thanks again!

Everything around Tampa downtown it seems so clean, friendly, safe and beautiful but the best part was our tour driver who was super helpful, really friendly, super fun and gentle.

My wife and I took the tour in hopes of finding different spots to visit while in Tampa. Daniel our tour guide did exactly that! He was nice, polite, knowledgeable and professional. Everything you would want in a tour guide. This tour is a must if you are visiting and I would highly recommend it. He really took us to places we would have never seen and we are grateful that he did!👍
