Tallinn Food Tour from cruise.
, May 2022
Enjoyed the food stop and your in the Old Town. The food choices were perfect. It was a bit more walking than expected. The group of 7 was given a choice for the last stop, and the majority selected the Gin Distillery (instead the coffee/tea/sweets or wine tasting as last stop at market) . We went with the majority. That was a longer walk in the rain than expected. Wish the last stop was closer the the old town, and the cruise shuttle drop off on Mere Blvd. The Gin distillery was interesting. It was hard to get a taxi in that area, the guise volunteered to drive us back to the ship. That was wonderful.
Very educational

Absolutely fantastic 3 hours, food was excellent, Lauri the guide was so knowledgeable and gave us a fantastic insight into the history of this wonderful city and explained all the dishes we sampled perfectly, all in all a superb experience and highly recommended tour if you are ever visiting Tallinn

Dear Anthony, I am really glad to learn you liked our Tallinn Food Tour and thank you for the nice review on this! I will definitely pass on your kind words to our tour guide Lauri. It was and is our pleasure to show you around and introduce to the local history, culture and cuisine at same time, and we'll definitely improve our food tours even further, so you're welcome to come back and join some of our food tours at any time! Sincerely, Paul Toots (CEO)
Fantastic tour and guide

A fabulous trip....couldn’t be better. Lauri was the perfect guide.....knowledgeable, helpful and a lovely person. He went out of his way to find out information on trips not only for after the tour had finished on the day for us but subsequent days we were staying in Tallinn particularly what was open on Independence Day. The tour itself was first class despite the daughter and myself were the only ones to brave the rain and wind so it made it a really personal trip. The tour included trying all the Estonian cuisine which was delicious. This is a tour not to be incorporates a great local foodie experience plus a walking tour showing all the landmarks. The chocolates were definitely a winner! We really had to plan a return visit! All the places were great though.....really well planned.

Fabulous Tour
, Dec 2019
As it turned out, we were the only ones who scheduled the tour, so we had a private tour. This worked out extremely well for us. Our tour guide was very knowledgable not only about food, but also about the city, it's history, people and culture. He took us on an amazing trip through time as we walked along the old stone walls, stopped in to some of the oldest food establishments in Tallinn, and shared some of his own personal stories with us. This 3-hour tour lasted closer to 4 hours, and even at that, the time went by much too quickly. Thank you for such an amazing tour!
Highlight of Tallinn!

So much more than a food tour! Kelli skillfully integrated history, culture and Estonian cuisine into the walking tour of Tallinn, which was enhanced by her personal insights as a native of the region. We stopped at a number of food sites, consisting of single courses or small bites, while touring the city, both within and outside of the city walls. Felt like a private tour with only 4 in our group. Plenty of time for questions/discussion. Definitely recommended!

We believe you learn a country's culture by the food. And this is a good tour. Our guide was very noce and took us to a fee places to try local food (tapas style) and some drinks (schnapps and wine). Not a full meal but will recomend it completely. make sure you visit your favorite place prior.

This was a great tour in spite of the rainy weather. Raiko Rohtla was a superb guide and took us to some really interesting locations. We had been to Tallin before and walked the town on our own but we learnt so much more this time. Great food and drink and lots of information about Estonia and its culture and history. Maria was fantastic!. We had seen some of the sights she was going to show us that day and she adapted and showed us sights we hadn't seen. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this tour

The guide was very knowledgable about Tallinn and I would recommend her for a tour guide but I definitely would not call it a food tour. There was very little to eat and we were hungry when we finished.
