Stories about the location as well as how the tour guide narrated his “background” were very inconsistent. Even demanded a tip at the end of the tour - so inappropriate. The worst walking tour I have ever gone to. Not recommended.

Tour guide is a “paranormal” investigator. He is very inconsistent in his personal stories saying at one point he can see things and at another point he can not. Provides almost no history of St Augustine.

So happy we booked this tour vs some of the more advertised ones. Our guide, Karl, did a great job explaining the paranormal activity that has been observed in St. Augustine. He did not embellish the accounts or add theatrical details. He was very straight forward and shared how he became interested in the paranormal realm. Definitely recommend this walking tour if you are interested in ghosts.
