Jeff, what an amazing trip you provided!! We had smiles on our faces from the time we left till the time we came back. Thanks for making sure my nine-year-old daughter was safe and enjoy the journey. I very much appreciate you whittling me a Walking-stick so I could hike up and see the sunset safely which was absolutely amazing. The view and the experience was surreal. 😊😁
Totally worth the money

Rude Greeting but Tour Guide was Good to save the Evening
, Jun 2020
First of all, I booked this through Viator. I received my ticket with the time of the tour on the ticket. The tour was supposed to start at 5:30 but my husband and I always are at the place at least 30 minutes early. It is straight up 5:00 and my phone rang and it was a man from the tour place telling me they were all waiting on us to start the tour. I told him my ticket said 5:30 and he said no. I said please give us 3 minutes we are parking. We parked and I ran up to the door. He was calling someone else telling them the same thing. I showed him my ticket and he rudely said, “Did you book through a third party company?” I told him yes I had booked through Viator and here was my ticket and time. He said well that’s the problem! I was like but should not be my problem. He completely ignored me and walked off. Left a bad taste in my mouth for starting the tour. Our tour guide was I think her name was Lea. She was very sweet and knowledgable. We rode in a Gladiator and it was a nice ride for a jeep. I would recommend the tour but not the greeting as we arrived. I do not appreciate the guy that greeted us and for him I would not recommend the company. So what could have been a 5 star is now a 2 1/2 to 3.
Loved every minute !

Joe was an awesome tour guide, I would highly recommend him. Outlaw trail was rugged and packed with so much fun! I have taken several Jeep tours in Sedona and by far this was the best!
Exciting Trail!

Our guide, Chris, was great! He had great knowledge and insight of the land and history of the trail! The trail had just enough of the rocky terrain to make it exciting!
Nick the tour guide
