The addition of music and history lessons added so much to the tour. Also, Capt Steve’s mini-Trivial Pursuit questions were fun to try to answer. We would definitely take another tour with Capt Steve.

Terrible experience

It was so hot that I was so uncomfortable and the A/C didn’t work at all. The bus was hotter then the climate outside. I can’t believe I wasted my money. I should get a refund because I didn’t even enjoy it. Worst experience. My family was so annoyed. We could of got our car with a A/C instead of dealing with a hot mess. The driver gave us wrong directions constantly which was not cool. Never going again. Not recommending to no one

I am sorry to hear of your families discomfort. Please contact our office to discuss your tour. This is the first complaint we have heard about the tour not being enjoyable and that the AC was not working when you attended our tour on July 4th.

Excellent orientation to Seattle

We had an excellent experience with Capt Steve! He picked us up exactly on time (but extended the experience well beyond 4 hours to let us see what we wanted to see, & dropped us where we wanted—way across town!). I’m a history/trivia nerd & Steve more than satisfied my curiosity! He is very knowledgeable about Seattle history & culture, and I particularly appreciated the (laminated & sanitized) photo supplements to his stories. The day flew by and there were multiple stops to wander, get a drink, use the restroom. I’d highly recommend this tour w/Capt Steve!!

All the stops and historical data. Joel was an amazing tour guide and the teenagers really connected with him.

Thank you for your compliments for Joel. It probably helps that he has raised his own share of teens as well. We hope you can come back and visit us again soon! Best regards,

Worth the money!

The tour itself was very good. The tour guide, Steve, was.very knowledgeable & had a wealth of information. I appreciated the various vantage points of the city that the tour showed us. There are several reason this tour get 4 stars instead of 5. The tour states that it is 4 hours when that should be adjusted to 6 to 8 hours. I planned other activities after this tour based on it being 4 hours, which I almost missed. The tour makes several stops during the day. Some of the places the tour stops had restaurants but the tour limits you to 15 minutes to grab something & go to eat on the bus. No time scheduled for lunch. I would like to make the following suggestions: 1. The tour should start at 9am instead of 10am. 2. The tour time on Viator should be revised to 6 to 8 hours instead of 4 hours. 3. A lunch stop should be incorporated into the tour.
