Kyoko-san was the highlight of our tour. She was super funny, chatty, and generally a great person. We'd come back to Sapporo and do the Otaru tour just to spend the day with her again. A great experience all around.

Whole day well spent at the charming town of Otaru! Our your guide amazed us with facts and info about Japan, its people, history and culture! Showed us hidden secrets of Otaru, where to get free refills of coffee, good stores to shop and viewing areas so we get good vantage points of the town. The Mt Tengu Ropeway should not be missed! The tour was well paced and we just had enough walking as we got a whole day pass to ride the bus as we explore Otaru👍
