Day trip from Sapporo
, Nov 2019
Met our tour guide Sam, a young guy from Northern Territory, Australia at 7:45. We were still gas bagging at 17:30 when our day out finished. Very pleasant trip with 2 lakes, volcanos and lovely autumn colors. Lunch to boot. Thank you.

The colors of autumn were all over the mountain and lakes! There was a bit of snow at Mt. Usu. Tour team assigned to us was amazing! Really worth it!
Great tour option when you don't want to hire a car!

Enjoyable tour with an informative guide. All of the locations are beautiful and worth seeing. We visited some places that are tricky to get to without a car so good for those who cannot hire a car.
Great trip showing some of the best sights

This is a great trip. I was picked up by Sam our amazing guide and as there was only 4 of us it felt like a personal tour. Have used Viator before and their trips are always well structured and informative.

Ruby was knowledgeable about the destinations and did her best to talk to everybody in the group so that no one would feel isolated.

Thank you so much for your kind feedback. I will also pass this on to Ruby :) I know she enjoyed her time with you all very much as well. Hope to see you again in Hokkaido! Peta
Very good and professional
, Aug 2019
As the tour was only the both of us (rather than a big group), our guide Sam offered to pick us up from our hotel, rather than the usual pick up point at Sapporo station. Sam was friendly and warm by making sure that we were entertained and provided us with many recommendations on different places to go after. Very good experience in this tour. Would defitnally recommend this tour to anyone.

Nice Bus Tour
, Mar 2019
Erina, Erika and driver Nonako-san were very friendly guides. They were our personal guides that were fun to get to know as we spent the day with them. The lakes were beautiful and we took a nice walk. Mount Usu was interesting to see. The views from the top were breathtaking. Lunch was nice and included we got to choose between the restaurants at the ropeway. We also stopped at a fun ice cream place to get some ice cream. The store offered very different flavors like chiso leaf, sesame, pumpkin & kidney bean along with the every popular Hokkaido cream, chocolate, coffee, cookies & cream, etc. There was quite a bit of driving. It was nice that we got picked up & dropped off at our hotel. They also made great suggestions for things to try for dinner and things to see on our other days. WE visited in March and ate was nice that the places we went to were not crowded.
