We will prepare 2 authentic Mexican Salsas and will enjoy with delicious white and blue-corn chips.

We will meet at Aldama 9 in Centro. Its only one block and a half from the Parroquia. Simply walk down Cuna de Allende to Cuadrante. Take a left and then an immediate right onto Aldama. Walk half a block to Aldama 9 and ring the doorbell to enter.

This was a fantastic event hosted in a stunning setting and Chef Miguel made the day! We whipped up the best Mexican salsa I have ever eaten! An overall fabulous experience.

We have been to a number of cooking classes and I would rank this as one of the best! Miguel was engaging , knowledgeable and fun! The setting was beautiful, and the food was delicious. I would recommend this to anyone who would enjoy a special taste of San Miguel de Allende.

Miguel and his class are so much fun! The location is amazing! My husband and I had a great time and there food and wine was delicious! I tried to load the beautiful pictures but we are traveling with poor internet connection, so no photos. Too bad for you! Just go do it - and enjoy! 🌿

Miguel is such a good chef and we learned a lot. We made the best mole I have ever tasted. The salsas were amazing as ever. The wine was delicious. The property and house was gorgeous. We had such a good time. Worth every penny.

Miguel Aguilar Montes was a fantastic chef and teacher and a really nice and fun person. His English is also very good ( certainly better than my Spanish). We made a great meal, which we will attempt to replicate at home. The meal was complimented with really nice wine, which we sipped on all day. I would highly recommend this.
