  • You will walk a total of approximately 2 miles (3 kilometers) within approximately 2 hours in order for your tour to encompass all of the archaeological sites
  • It is recommended that you bring a hat; sunblock; bottled water --although included; comfortable, well padded walking shoes or sneakers
  • Note: No bags or backpacks will be allowed into the site. Small camera bags, cameras and water are OK. Bags can be left in our vehicle or with site staff at the visitor's center
  • A minimum of 3 people per booking is required

The tour guide guy was amazing- very friendly and with very good knowledge about the site. He was very concern about us seeing everything and asking all the questions we can have to clarify our doubts. He facilitate his conversation to all ages - two kids in the tour with us and he ensure kids questions were answered as well. Love it all!!!

Interesting tour . Our guide, Lino , was knowledgeable and very helpful in accessing the pyramid stairs. Communication, especially in the van and on our walk to and from the Pyramid was difficult to hear on a consistent basis. The lunch stop - which we opted out of- was interesting but too long. Overall the day was a good investment in time and cost. We would recommend this tour.

He provided many facts and history about Canada de la Virgen pyramid site and also facts about San Miguel and the countryside on the trip to the Site.
