Apart from the confused pick-up location which Viator should rectify (it details two different addresses), this was a really nice relaxing sunset sail across the historical bay of San Juan. There was only three of us from a possible six so the boat was not crowded. The water was a little choppy in one spot but generally, it was a gentle ride. We were also offered Sangria.

I would highly recommend this. I have done many sunset sails on a catamaran but experiencing a sunset on a sail boat was so unique and different. Captain Joe and Maria definitely took care of the entire group. They ensured we all had a great time.

Both Joe and Ivan are great ole salts of the sea! Experienced and very familiar with all the sites and interesting info of Puerto Rico! And delightful trip! Only real drawback was no snacks! They actually let the girls steer which they enjoyed!

The Captain Joe and his crew where amazing! They allowed us to take turns for pictures and videos during the tour. It was an awesome experience for me and my wife and we do recommend them. For some reason, our Uber couldn’t find the right place, so If you get lost while trying to get to the right location, marina or bay just tell your Uber to drive to Club Náutico of Puerto Rico (close to condado) and just wait at the entrance. Enjoy!

Had a great time at this sunset sailing experience. The weather was beautiful and we lucked out because it had rained earlier in the day so I wasn’t sure if we would be able to sail out. Captain Joe and his assistant Abraham were both wonderful. I’d never been on a sail boat before so this was a really fun experience for me. The waters were choppy but the crew ensured everyone’s safety. The entrance was also easy to find so not sure why others have had problems. As long as you follow the directions in the ticket voucher, you end up right at the pickup spot. The security guards at the boat club are also very helpful so you can just ask them for directions and they will tell you what to do. I would definitely go back and do this the next time I am in San Juan!

This was the perfect way to end our honeymoon in San Juan. We had such a great time! We even got to sit at the front of the boat- the ride was smooth, peaceful and romantic! The drinks were tasty, the views amazing, and the guide was personable and knowledgeable. It was not hard at all for us to find the location and afterward we walked over to the Distrito T-mobile for dinner!

To actually find the entrance was terrible! There needs to be a better system in place to get the patrons from where the GPS drops you off to the actual boat! No communication between the patrons or the operators of the boat what so ever. Horrible experience bc we made it to the marina on time but we could never locate the actual boat and ultimately we missed the tour simply for a lack of clear instructions/directions and NO COMMUNICATION. Would not recommend.

But unfortunately, you can take a thirsty horse to the lake, but you cannot obligate it to drink . . . They stood us up! Even the nice pat Viator couldn't contact them. We arrived 45 min early and followed instructions. The accommodating guards at the San Juan Bay Marina get 5 stars. The cruise hosts get nada!

The location is NOT San Juan Bay Marina . . . this customer never showed up, and is making us responsible for his mistake. We know how frustrating could be not enjoying our activity that is so well recommended by thousands. We sail all tourists, that are able to book by themselves through any of the selling channels including this one, Tripadvisor, and that do NOT depend on calling us previously, because we don't have an office for that, to keep our prices reasonable. Showing up to the location, it's customers duty, ours starts at the sailboat. When we started this business, 8 years ago, 30,000 customers ago, we use to live and sleep with the phone, until we started using tripadvisor and other selling channels where you can structure all the info and bookings and deposits happens online. The we found that some customers who still contacting you over the phone, just to ask about info that they never hesitate to read . . . . and when it comes to directions in the last minute, they are not easy at all, and it was a waste of time for people that where simply not a fit for this activity. Sailing with us requires responsibility, to booking online and follow instructions to finding your location like most customers do. We leave military sharp for not making others to wait.
