Hard to redeem

It was hard to figure out how to get the tickets. We ended up only going to two sights... then our time ran out. IF you are going to take advantage you should only plan on doing this for an entire weekend.

Great tour once we found it!

The San Antonio Super Pass with Four Downtown Attractions and Monster Pass Upgrade was a good value and great fun! The only problem was your advertised Redemption Point and Departure Point (216 E Crockett St, San Antonio, TX 78205, USA) no longer exists! We were able to redeem our tickets at the City Sightseeing Tours Welcome Center, next to the starting point of the Hop-On Hop-Off Sightseeing Bus Tour. I recommend taking the entire bus tour first to get your bearings; then go back to check out areas of interest. The River Walk Boat Cruise was great and the Buckhorn Saloon & Texas Ranger Museum was much more than we expected! We loved the Tower of the Americas and 4D Theater Ride. The Hop-On Hop-Off Bus is a great way to get around San Antonio. Rating would have been ‘Excellent’ if it weren’t for the Redemption Point and Departure Point issue.

Totally Worth it

The tour bus is a must as it shows you a great snapshot of the city and places to visit. If you stay on the bus for the whole trip it’s only about an hour long but you can hop on n off around the whole loop. The buckhorn saloon is a great place for anyone, a must see. Our family really enjoyed the boat tour as well because enough get to see the riverwalk and we used it to plan out our walk for the evening. We’re headed to tower of America’s today. All in all a fantastic package!

A fun time being tourists

We really enjoyed the Big Red Bus Tour, the riverwalk cruise, and the visit to the Saloon Museum. For the Towers of America, we arrived to the site and the tours were closed so we weren't able to use the tickets but we were also visiting in the time of covid so I can't be mad if some of the attractions were closed.

The tour overall was good and I would recommend it. I didn't like the fact we weren't told how far the walk was from the bus stop to the Towers of America.

The tour itself was great. The river boat cruise was fun and good. The hop on hop off bus was excellent. Rode the whole thing from beginning to end. Great driver. The Tower of the Americas is okay. You wait a while to ride the elevator up and down. They only took five people at a time on the elevator. The people in the office really don't seem to be much into customer service. They give you the tickets but don't provide much direction with them. Had to ask where the places were and many more questions than I thought necessary.

The seating was a little uncomfortable, felt cramped in on both sides and across from me. Otherwise it was okay...We were on the old boat the next day they were rolling out the newly designed boats. Go figure!

San Antonio hop on/hop off tour was a great way to see the city. Tour guides were knowledgeable and entertaining. Only complaint was that air conditioning did not work on at least 2 of the buses.
