  • During our tour we will be doing a lot of walking, climbing steps and stairs as well as walking on uneven ground. Comfortable walking shoes are very important. Weather appropriate attire is recommended. We would also encourage you to bring some water to stay hydrated.
  • The material discussed during the tour includes stories of murders, suicides and unusual deaths. This might be frightening for some children, so please gauge your child's tolerance of such subjects and plan accordingly.
  • Digital and standard photographic cameras are encouraged, as you may capture one of our ghosts. Tour-goers get orbs almost every night. If you do happen to capture anything exciting we would love for you to share it with us.
  • Service animals allowed
  • Near public transportation
  • Most travelers can participate

We had a great time on the tour. I liked the spots visited, they were all pretty interesting. Jimmy was great! He really told a great story, and mixed a perfect amount of funny with the haunting stories.

Sad to say there was no parking and we had to miss the tour. All lots were full and there was no on street parking :(

The tour was awesome!! Knowledgeable and funny guide!! The night was perfect and the group got to see pictures taken at the moment that caught images!! Spirit box session was also an experience all of its on!! Will do again!!

We had a wonderful time, for the life of me I can not remember our guides name but he said that he was the only in doing it and I wanna say he was the manager or maybe the dm or something like that. But he was extremely knowledgeable and what made it even better is that he is an actual paranormal investor..which made it is better. We had a blast and would very much recommend to anyone and if we come back to San Antonio we would probably go again just because we had such a great time. He did speak of this company spreading out to other states and towns and that would be amazing, one was New Orleans, which would be amazing. we went on a “ghost” tour there is was horrible, so I know if y’all branch out there y’all would do amazing!!Might even have to take a weekend trip just for that if and when y’all do, I would love to see for y’all perspective.
