Go with a different tour company. Poor customer service.

Tour company states that the driver came to my hotel twice to pick me up;however, I sat in my hotel lobby for an hour and a half and they said I was a “no show.” Reporting the situation as fraud to my bank. I’ve been on over 100 Viator tours and it’s unfortunate the word of a truck driver somehow means that the customer is lying.

This excursion was definitely the highlight of our trip. In the beginning there was a little confusion because several boats were leaving out at the same time and we did end up on the wrong boat but they all went to the same stops. Despite that little confusion, the staff was very accommodating and extremely friendly. We had so much fun dancing and singing. The crew was motivating. And the photographer was really good. I would definitely recommend this excursion
