Flintstones Buggy Adventure from Punta Cana

The people running were so nice no pressure sales just relaxing and fun. The caves were amazing as well as the simple house we visited.

Cons: - expensive photos 50$ for aprox 5 photos; - the coffee taste was not good, they put a lot of sugar in it; Pros: - buggy was cool; - cave was nice; - transfer with the van from the hotel;

Did this tour with my 14 year old daughter. Guides were very friendly and helpful. A couple buggies in our group did break down, but they were on top of it, did not hold up the tour. Stopping at the market for local coffee was really cool and the tour of the cave was amazing. Bring a towel, water proof bag and a change of clothes, you will get dirty.

Very fun buggy ride and well organised. The cave was incredible! We also went to another buggy ride with another company but I really recommend this one!

Make sure to call in advance to get your exact pick ip time if you are at a hotel. Tour guides were great and the excursion itself was very entertaining and eventful. We did not run into a single vendor anytime. The trip we booked only had one other family accompanying us.

Every part of this was amazing. From the buggy ride to learning about a true Dominican house to the end with the cave - simply breath taking

Very well organized, pick up on time by hotel, one buggy for two or four people, driving about 10 km to the beautiful cave, stop by local people where you get coffee.. really awesome afternoon!

Wow. I have no words for the experience that our family had at Flintstones Buggy. I tried to book online on Viator but it only allowed my to choose 2 people which means we would have to book 6 separate reservations. I called Viator and they were able to set me up food. The night before the excursion I received a text from victor from Flintstone and his customer service was phenomenal. I had some issues with the pick up time since our family had to take Covid test starting at 9 and he was so flexible and didn’t give us a hard time. He made sure we were accommodated and was not stressed out before our tour. We were picked up my the transfer company, took about 35 minutes from our hotel Finest Punta Cana. Once we got their the guides and workers were so welcoming. Ronald was our tour guide and he was sooo much fun. This dude is super talented , speaks multiple languages which was good because some other people we had the same time slot as us spoke Spanish and he was able to do the tour in English and Spanish quickly. He was engaging and made sure we were safe. Of course I didn’t want to get dirty 🤣, which isn’t realistic especially when you have go hard friends whose only goal is to splash you with whatever mud is on the floor. The stop at the local Dominican market was intriguing and the coffee was as great(says my boyfriend, I don’t do coffee). So much so that when we had breakfast at the hotel today he complained about the coffee and wished he could go back to the market for coffee. The cave was super cool , interesting and enjoyable. The company is soo creative (can’t tell you much cause I don’t want to ruin it ). The ride back was fast even with a free breakdowns of the buggies . We had a mechanic with us the whole time so we felt safe. Towards the end of the tour my buggy stopped working and within minutes they had someone come and an additional buggy for use. The transfer that picked us to bring us back was a truck fit for our dirty and muddy bodies. The 10:15 tour got us back to the hotel by 2:15. All in all my only recommendation is for the company to pay more attention to the upkeep of the buggies. Oh . If you don’t have bandanas they sell them their and i brought the glasses . So glad i did because those rocks and dust would have ruined my personal shades.

This was an amazing experience!!! We enjoyed our guides, Gene & Alex!!! This was exceptional!! Will DEFINITELY do it again and recommend others to give it a go!!!
