One memorable part of the trip was when a humpback whale breached! The staff was professional, attentive and friendly. Israel and the rest of the team worked hard and made the trip enjoyable for everyone. Israel has amazing communication skills in both English and Spanish. I loved this experience and Im looking forward to receiving the professional purchased photos from photographer Gerardo.

In all our travels this was the best excursion we have been on. Captain Victor knew where to go to see the most amazing mammals on earth. Juan Pablo and William made sure all went well. Chef Mary made us a wonderful lunch . Our bartender Jonathan was fantastic. Made sure we never had an empty glass. Our host and tour guide Israel was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and very interesting. He was the perfect host making sure we were well taken care of and comfortable. I highly recommend this tour

The staff on the boat was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and cared about its guests having a great experience. The staff did a great job mingling with guests one on one, providing information about whales and the surrounding area, and keeping your drinks full. The photography packaged offered had some incredible pictures and well worth the price. It was much better to see everything in person and not through the lens of an iPhone.

Ricky and his crew were excellent the food was great, the music was great and they got us on whales and dolphins immediately. Very respectful and professional crew. the vessel was stable and we were not crowded. Lots of fun, food and drinks!!

Excellent trip, large catamaran with shade, continental breakfast and buffet lunch, open bar, all for the same price as smaller boats. Very knowledgeable whale sighters kept us on our feet with cameras clicking! We saw so many whales, and dolphins, too. A great way to spend a morning!

Went whale-watching three times in six weeks in Puerto Vallarta with different family and friends. Everyone loved it! We saw many whales each time and we saw whales breaching twice - including a baby learning how. Staff on all three trips were knowledgeable and wonderfully accommodating. Food is very fresh and tasty and drinks are plentiful- both alcoholic and non. Mike’s Charters does a great job and the show they put on during the ride back to marina is a fun-plus!.

Was a really cool experience. I was concerned because animals are unpredictable but saw them within 30 minutes and the captain was able to predict where we would see baby whales breaching. Was fantastic experience led by experts
