Intimate setting, first rate chef

Manu treated us like old friends. We were welcomed with a beverage and began our cooking demonstration of two traditional Mexican dishes, ceviche and enchiladas. Manu is a knowledgeable chef, speaks perfect English and passionate about his profession.

We had a great experience and learned a lot about technique, ingredients dishes and flavors of Mexico. Chef Manuel has traveled the world and is very knowledgeable in different cuisines. I wished I would have signed up to go to the market as well as the cooking.
