This was a really great way to get out of the city and see beautiful Oregon. We enjoyed the stops and wine tasting. Could have had a little more time at the Timberline but other than that the day had a nice flow and the tour guide was super friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend!

Marcus was a great tour guide, very knowledgeable. The waterfalls were spectacular. The winery had an amazing view of Mt. Hood. You are in a car for a lot of travel but with a lot of nice people from all around the country so loads to talk about to pass the time. Great experience and would recommend. Thanks Marcus

Great local and regional knowledge of the history, flora and fauna of the area. Can’t beat the views or the stops we made. Just breathtaking all around. Great mixture of wine, nature and food.

Wine, Mountains and Local Lore

HIGHLY recommend this tour if you're looking to get out of the city and see some of the most beautiful sites in the Portland area. Marcus was our very knowledgeable guide that shared a plethora of local history, lore and fun facts. The two wineries and fruit stand we stopped at along the way were great, plus we were able to buy a few goodies to take home. Timberline lodge was very neat and the lobby was open to non-guests so we were able to take a peak inside. We had a great time and would not hesitate to book another tour with Terran Travels.

Best day of our lives!

Chris and I were thoroughly satisfied with our tour. Marcus Bingham was professional, yet friendly and personable. He's a compendium of knowledge on the history of the Pacific Northwest. He's also a wine afficianado; familiar with each grape and wine found in the PNW, as well as the rest of the country and world. As an important side note, it was Marcus who took the reins setting the scene for my proposal to my future wife! He went out of his way to make this the best day for us. Along with the staff at Stave and Stone Winery, Marcus made this tour unfofgettable for both of us. The vehicle he provided was clean and up-to-date. Very safe. We would highly recommend his services to anyone interested in not only learning more about this fine state, but those who may want to spend some quality time holding hands, and even throw a snowball or two! Please put Marcus Bingham at the top of your list, when looking for ideas on how to have a wonderful time.

Mark, thank you for the fantastic review! That was probably the most emotionally rewarding tour I've ever guided. We're so glad we could help out with your proposal to Chris! Also, you had lots of great questions, which always makes the guiding easier. Congratulations!
