Adam gave us a great tour of the city with his impressive knowledge of local history. He provided our family with a great overview of the city of Portland and we saw a number of parks, residential areas, Chinatown, shopping areas, and got a lot of good recommendations for restaurants.

We saw almost nothing of Portland downtown once we were picked up. Learned a lot about Oregon City, history, our guide’s life but the most detail of actual downtown Portland was about these fountains…false advertising
