Absolutely amazing!

Absolutely amazing tour! We got a very nice tour of the Tulum ruins, very interesting and beautiful views! Then we got lucky to be the only ones in our next part, which was snorkeling/swimming with turtles in Akumal Bay! I feel like we got the special treatment! It was amazing! I saw like 4 turtles up close and personal! They are so cute! As well as sting rays, huge coral reef and fish! Last part was Casa Tortugas Cenote...Again amazing so beautiful and it wasn’t crowded! Definitely had a great time and will be recommending to all my friends and family! Book this tour 😩

This was our favorite part of vacation. We traveled as a group of 13 and it was unanimous. Tania and Felix were amazing. They took us to an amazing restaurant for lunch too that was recommended (wasn’t the original place) We were never rushed. They were super fun. This is a must book! (Pics posted but I don’t have any from the snorkel with turtles since we were in water)

Herlan and Obed were amazing, friendly, funny, and full of great information. At Tulum, we had time to explore both with Herlan and on our own. It is a beautiful spot for picture taking. The cenote swim was spectacular. There was a 15 foot cliff most of us jumped from to enter but they also had multiple entryways with stairs. While we swam and snorkeled, custom ordered wood-fired pizza was being made for our lunch. It was delicious. We then moved on to swim in the ocean with sea turtles. We saw several up close and personal along with stingrays and beautiful fish. We were picked up from the lobby of our hotel promptly at 7:15 and were returned by 4:30. I would highly recommend this trip.

Great and informative day out

The tour covered everything we wanted to achieve and was delivered with great passion and information by our excellent guides Herlan and Adrian.
After visiting a cenote during a previous tour we considered skipping this part but I’m glad we decided not to. Swimming in the visited cenote was a lovely part of the tour as was all the information given by Herlan to the significance and their connection with the Mayan civilisation.
A highly recommended day out!

A great day in from Playa del Carmen

Obed was a great tour guide. We were able to explore Tulum with him and then on our own. We had a lot of time to enjoy the cenote and the pizza for lunch was really nice. I prefer it to the Mexican buffets we have had with the other tours. Not that I don't love Mexican food but this was quick, easy, and we were able to spend more time swimming while our pizza was being baked. Swimming with the turtles was really great our turtle snorkel guide was really good at finding turtles, fish, and stingrays. Obed even went with us. At the end of the tour on the way home he offered us cold refreshments. Loved this tour!

Such a fun day. Tonya was our tour guide and she was awesome, super knowledgeable of all of the areas. Tulum was stunning and swimming with turtles and raise at all come all beach was so cool. The final stop at the cenote was beautiful as well. My husband and I book this trip last minute on a whim the night before and had no issues. They made communication easy through the Viator website or WhatsApp. Be sure to bring your own towels. Only issue we had was the delay of pick up in the morning, we had to wait over an hour for the van.

This was a fantastic day! The tour guide at Tulum was friendly and informative (Obed was his name, I think). Then we had Jorge/Curious George for the cenote and sea turtles. Jorge was wonderful, funny, energetic, and knowledgeable about the area. It's clear he is passionate about sharing these experiences with others. The area is just beautiful and the people are incredible. The bus was nice and air conditioned. The driver was great, very safe. They all did everything they could to minimize the amount of time we had to wait in lines. I feel like we got a lot out of this experience. Money and time well spent!

Terrible tour operator

Where to start... they got the date wrong and I waited for an hour with nobody from the company responding to the number I was given. After an hour they told me to come next day. Next day, waited for an hour again... the tour was supposed to be max 18 people - we were 25... in covid times... at the Cenote the guide Jorge told me to put my bag in the van because it will be safe - next thing I know the van left to take some other people with my bag in it... At the Cenote the guide said he can hold my towel and shoes to take them at the end of the Cenote - when I came out, he went to the van with my stuff and I could not walk barefoot on the small stones. At the snorkeling, all the lockers were full so they just made a pile of bags out in the public and told me to relax that they are watching and there’s a camera recording. One thing I did not realize about the snorkeling was that you will rent the equipment that will go in your mouth so not very covid-cautious. When we were in the van on the way back, the guide called to tell us he forgot to ask for the money for some fee and we should give the driver the money :)) The activities themselves were great - I just wish there was an option to do a more private tour with a good guide... mind-blowing experience...
