Trip naar Sian Kaan geboekt. We hebben zelf de avond vantevoren gemaild of 6.00 de juiste tijd was dat we werden opgehaald daarop kregen we antwoord dat de trip volgeboekt was en dus niet door ging. Dit terwijl wij wel al hadden betaald. Tot op de dag van vandaag nog steeds ons geld niet terug en geen reactie op de mails die we sturen wanneer we dit terug kunnen verwachten. Ik baal hier enorm van!
