Guide Manuel took his time stopping when something interesting came up. Good breakfast, eggs, beans, juice/coffee. Lunch was good too! They also had water and beer for the ride. Snorkeling was the best I've EVER been. Be prepared do some swimming. The reef system is very large, snorkeled 30-45 min. Watersnake, puffer fish, baracuda, hundreds tropical fish and gorgeous reef system. Boat ride was rough, however fun - we didnt mind, but we are young. Saw dolphins, traveled to mangroves out in the ocean where large cool birds nest, several sea turtles, played in shallow paradise type water area. Water was the most beautiful color! Saw a crocodile, kids fishing off a bridge old fashioned way catching many fish. The town we visited was a cool little town w a coffee shop -inexpensive. They gave the opportunity to have lobster and I went ahead & indulged.. Returned to North Playa del Carmen by 6:45 pm. We loved it and would highly recommend it.
