Costumer service, incomplete tour

Where do I start? I never recieved a confirmation that I would get picked up at my location. I left multiple voicemails and sent multiple messages and no one contacted me. My friend did receive a confirmation after having to badger the owner of the tour company. We were picked up by a friend of the tour operator as a 'favor' in their personal vehicle because the operator was not available to take us on the tour. During the tour, we went to a bakery at a hotel, swam in the crater (cost extra), and went to the Olympic Park. The crater and park tours cost $29 together. The tour cost $109. I paid $80 to be driven around in someone's personal vehicle when I could have simply taken a Taxi/Uber to travel to the locations. The driver did point out a few interesting landmarks here and there but this was obviously not how the tour typically ran and we had to skip the Artesian Cheese and Dairy Farm because we 'didn't have time'. The point of a tour is to make sure there is enough time to enjoy every aspect of what was paid for. I'd rather have had the tour canceled so that I could spend my money elsewhere. This is simply a warning to anyone who is considering booking the tour. Costumer service was non-existent, we didn't do everything that we were scheduled for and the tour was in a personal vehicle. Overall, not a professional group and I would spend my money elsewhere. The only positive I can think of is that the tour guide was kind.
