We signed up for the skip the line Louvre tickets. It was terrible, and a waste of money. I was one of five people who walked off this tour. The tour guide was late, we couldn't find her at the meeting point at the agreed upon time. The tour was advertised as an 11:30 entrance time to the museum, but she brought us tickets for 12:30. This irritated many people who planned their day around an 11:30 entrance, as advertised. She said she was giving us an outdoor tour first. This consisted of standing in one spot while the guide showed us pieces of paper printed from the Internet. It was boring, disengaging, and many people left. Stay away!

It was difficult to locate the meeting spot, but I managed to get there one minute past. The tour already left. No one was able to help us locate someone from viatour. Had two but 2 additional tickets and took your on our own. Never again will i use this company

We arrived at the Louvre expecting to skip the line and tour the museum. However, our names were not on the list for the guide. We waited in the 100 degree heat. After the tour was supposed to have started, the guide told us that we had been cancelled. We are still waiting for the refund.

Our tour guide Violetta was great! She gave us a nice quick overview of how the Louvre evolved as a building and its most famous residents. She also gave us a few insider tips that made the visit more fun for my teens. And the skip-the-line was totally worth it!!

Good tour. We met the guide outside of the museum and he gave us a quick but comprehensive history of the museum and Paris. Then we were left to explore the museum on our own. It was perfect.

The meeting place was listed in French. No clear instructions in English. Very disappointing. The only clear statement was the No Refund statement. That was in English. Ripoff. Buyer beware.

When in Paris one must go to the Louvre. End of story. However, I spent the better part of an hour and a half wandering around trying to figure out where to pick up the tour group. Nowhere on my ticket or my confirmation did it say to meet anywhere in particular. It only said to not go inside at the entrance. Needless to say, I missed by Louvre tour with viator's Arrangements. I got my very satisfying tour another way
