Good luck finding the departure point

The tour itself was great but was TERRIBLE was Viator just gives us Vouchers which ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE TICKETS. If the local rep doesn’t meet you exchange the voucher for a ticket- you’re out of luck! Whatever you do- DONT BUNDLE ANY TOUR U ARE ASKING FOR TROUBLE! I learned the hard way that every single thing u do has its own company with a seperate ticket you have to pick up. So I bought the 3 in 1 Bus tour, River Cruise, Eiffel Tower lunch. They had a “system glich” that caused us to not have the lunch but we were told we could do everything else- NO the bus driver said go to the city center and get tickets your vouchers are no good!! They cancel part of my tour and I have to do the extra work to make it happen for our group- outrageous! Never again will I ever book anything through Viator!!!! They say they will help but did absolutely nothing except backpeddle when it was time to refund money!! Viator what kind of screening do you do before adding a local tour group to your list of possible tours?!!! Not much

An absolute must if you are spending a night in Paris. Lovely cruise along the Seine although boat was absolutely crowded and virtually no viewing spots. Dinner was at Boeuf sur le Toit - food fantastic but owner and waiter couldn't care less that we were there..very slack service and not interested in us at all.

Seine River Cruise

This was very disappointing. It wasn’t what we had hoped for. If you want to be on the Seine River in the evening to see the lights of the city and to see the Eiffel Tower lit up —— this is NOT your tour! “Paris illuminations” ended up being a bus tour afterwards of the buildings, on the way to the dinner spot. ( so the tour description was deceiving). The dinner was good, but way too late to eat. We left before the dessert, and then had a tough time getting a taxi. Very disappointing!!!

We absolutely fell in love with Paris. This exquisite cruise with Paris all lit up was just a sight to behold. Our dinner on the Camps-Elysees was by far one of the highlights of my life. Top Class - food and wine to die for, excellent service. We had a close up view of the Arch de Triomphe also! Our waiter was amazing and made our dinner extra special... filling up our wine and giving us extra deserts to sample! The French are Fabulous!.

My mistake I thought this was a dinner cruise. The cruise was disappointing because if you don't get a window seat or sit on top it was raining you generally see only a small view of the river side. There were tv monitors but many times this was an advertisement for the boat's gift shop. People were constantly walking in front of you. The bus tour was pre recorded and the tour operator and driver kept a continually conversation between the two of them. I don't even know if the guide saw the lights weren't on the places. I do not know why the lights weren't on. We arrived at the restaurant way past my dinner time and the guide could not even tell me how to get to the subway.

The bus tour was fine but felt it started too late for winter time. The cruise was nice but the dinner was far too late in the evening and definitely not worth the money. Only 2 couples did the dinner option and we felt as if restaurant was not prepared for us and food very ordinary and rushed. No ambience or good service as we had expected. Would not do this again.

TOUR OPERATOR COMMENT: Thank you for your feedback. The tour departs at 7PM (convenient time for all) with the combined Illuminations Tour of the City and the Cruise portion on the River Seine. It end with a late Dinner at the Champs Elysees (which will allow passengers to enjoy the area of the French Capital). In December, many people enjoy Xmas shopping as shops open later then usual, there are many Xmas markets. Some days might be busier than others.

The Illuminations tour was good, but a bit long making for an ultimately late night. It could have started earlier than 7pm. River cruise was relaxing and nice. The dinner was 2 blocks away from the Camps-Elysees, and the food was the worst we ate in the Paris area. When we were bussed to the restaurant we were told that the taxi stand was that way and the metro is over there. We thought that it would be nice be brought back to where we started. Learning a new route from our unknown location at 1 am on the metro was a bit unnerving.

Started late. Only ones on the bus doing the dinner. Over cruise first time frame for illumination tour would depend on how fast people got off the boat. Guide got off bus told a few of us to wait while the others got off bus which was ok but then he immediately took off and we had to nearly run to catch him. Cruise well it was raining and if you are inside you see the water level not much else, trees and high walls with the occasional site. Dinner on the Champs-élysées what a joke we were taken to a back Street restaurant by guide who had us running across the road against traffic lights as the tour was late, we were left at this restaurant no idea where we were, and the staff were all tired and thought they would be going home , I asked guide if the restaurant was still open as 10.40 seemed late he didnt bother answering just left us in the staffs hands they showed us the menu and several items were unavailable what was delivered was cold and when I asked if it could be reheated there was such a song and dance made about it . My recommendation find another bus company if you want to do this tour but rally its a waste of money

We took this package thinking that we will end up with a nice, cozy dinner along Champs-Elysses. To my surprise, we were brought to a restaurant that was not located along the above mentioned street at all! We were disappointed. Our other companion we met him during the tour went out of the restaurant way before his dessert arrived. Clearly he never enjoyed it either. Viator Inc, I need an explanation on this please. Thank you!
