Paris Orly Airport Arrival Transfer (Paris Orly airport to Hotel or Address)

Was told driver would be waiting for us with our name on a sign. No driver with our name on a sign. Walked around and outside still nothing. After 15 minutes called company and they said the driver was there but in the other terminal and he would be here in 15min. Still no driver. Called back after 20 minutes as was told the driver is there. Looked around saw no driver with our name on a sign. Finally a guy was standing near my family and he asked if we waiting for a ride. I said yes then he showed me his phone with an email and my name on it. Ok found the driver. We then had to walk to his car in the rain. When we went to leave the parking area he forgot to validate the parking ticket so he had to go back into the terminal to get it validated. Just all around very poor service.

As the tile says, our flight arrived right on time on 7/23 and we had no issues picking up our bags. We walked to the meeting point but no driver with our name on a sign. Kept looking and asking for 45 minutes. At the same time, we were sending messages through the Viator chat for the operator to call us which they finally did 45 mins after our initial pick up time. Operator told us the driver had an issue and that they would try to locate another driver and to please hold on the line while they do that... 20 mins later they came back on the phone and told us the sooner they can get another driver was in at least 2 hours (over 3 hours from our requested pick up time). We were also given the option of a refund which we said yes and took a taxi. We still haven’t received the refund,

Our driver Stan was waiting our arrival from Barcelona even though our plane was an hour late. Our name was clearly visible and he was so charming I felt a connection. Our heavy bags were taken from us and we were led to a clean and roomy car. Our English speaking driver was like a tour guide as we headed into oldest part of Paris. I have had many rides into Paris from Orly and this was the best.

Vi fick vänta i planet 2 timmar på Kastrup för det åskade vilket innebär att vi var försenade . När vi kom till flygplatsen fanns ingen beställd taxi . Vi hade anger flight och tid för landning. Dom väntat tydligen bara en timme. Konstigt när man anger uppgifter om flighten . Så det var bara att gå utanför byggnaden och ta en taxi där. Efter samtal med Viator har vi fått tillbaka pengarna .

Taxin fanns där inte så där blev man blåst på pengarna. Fick gå ut och ta en taxi utanför så det löste sig . Så detta kommer vi inte använda fler gånger
