The seating arrangements on the boat are incredibly tight and means it does not feel like a private meal at all. We were also disappointed with the quality of the food, especially for the price we paid for the cruise. Overall, very disappointing. Only positive was Paris itself and the fact the staff were very friendly.

VERY uncoordinated but good view of the city

When we arrived, there were two boats on the dock. We asked the lady in the booth which boat we were going to ride and she told us which Boat 1 (forgot actual name) so we lined up for Boat 1 then when we got in, the maitre d’ said we were in Boat 2 so we lined up again for Boat 2 but were told that we were supposed to be in Boat 1. We went again to the lady in the booth and she wrote something that she told us we should give to Boat 2 this time (remember how she initially said we were supposed to be in Boat 1?). When we got to Boat 2 AGAIN, we were taken by a crew member to Boat 1 AGAIN. The maitre d’ did not seat us immediately when we got there nor did they at least offer us to stand in the warmer atmosphere of the boat. We eventually were given a seat in Boat 1. The view of the city from the Seine was good and the food is all right. Would definitely have been a better experience if my family and I were not passed back and forth between the boats repeatedly and left to line up and stand in the cold for so long.

My mom and I were the only two African Americans on the cruise and no one approached us to take our orders. We had to flag someone down to take our orders which made be the last group to be served when we were one of the first ones to get on. It felt like we were being ignored when we had made reservations a month in advance. Once we were served the experience became better, but would have Been much better if we were acknowledged in a timely manner.

Well organised. Boat arrived on time and slick service. Food and wine good - not outstanding. Service adequate. Novelty factor of cruise a great experience. Only 2 seated tables have window seat and since we were a 4 - missed out on window seat, being seated in centre of boat. Impressed that even although it was a rainy day, window did not steam up and we had a clear view of surrounding scenery. Others on boat had birthdays too and they will provide cake & music if they know. Good value for money in Paris.

Good Experience , Bad Serving sizes for Soft Drinks!!

The Food was Great. I have an issue with this Attraction. I purchased the drink option and I asked for an Apple juice. I did get my apple juice and once I was done I asked for another. I was told it would be an extra charge. So I cancelled the 2nd request. I was very upset, because the Glass they served my juice in was a Skinny small glass. What a JOKE. If they are going to charge customers for soft drinks they should give decent portions, like either a regular Can drink or Large glass/Cup. The Glass I was served in should be for alcoholic drinks only. That's the way it should be. The Serving size for soft drinks is ridiculous and is not enough to cover the meal that's given. Other than that, Everything else was Great.
