Enter your details when you book, and your shared transfer is confirmed automatically. When you land, head to the Ground Transportation Desk to present your confirmation voucher. Then, bypass the taxi lines and step inside your waiting transportation. The service covers hotels in zones 3 and 4 around the city. Read the Itinerary for details, and click the ‘View additional info’ button for the list of hotels in each zone.

For your return trip, just call the local supplier and your transport will be waiting for you at the prearranged time. End your trip with ease, and arrive at Orlando International Airport in time for your flight. This Orlando round-trip transfer service is available days a week.

Please note: Disney hotels provide complimentary round-trip shuttle transportation to their registered guests on the Disney Magical Express shuttle. Guests may choose to use the shuttle from the Orlando International Airport to go to one of these hotels, but must use the Disney Magical Express shuttle for the return.
  • Confirmation will be received at time of booking
  • Wheelchair accessible
  • During busy periods, the shuttle van may be replaced with the towncar or taxi service at no additional cost
  • Child Car seats are not required or provided in the vehicles. If your child requires a car seat, please bring one for the trip

The Mears desk at the airport was closed and the customer service number had me on hold for awhile so I had to figure out for myself how to get my transportation.

Arranged for a shuttle from Orlando International Airport to Lake Buena Vista. The driver was very nice and professional and very prompt - even shared some suggestions about restaurants that we could walk to for dinner since we weren't driving. The return shuttle back to the airport was right on time and the driver was a gem! He gave us some fun facts about the places we were passing and made the trip a good one! The vehicles looked well maintained and clean. We felt very safe and would definitely use this company again!

I was impressed with Mr. Quinilio's customer service and professionalism. Pick up was not as smooth as hoped-directions given on bus pass was incorrect. I suggest you look at the directions given and update -where to find the Mears desk inside MCO.

We arrived at the desk were quickly checked in and waited for our black disk to flash to get on the bus. We were first off so we only had a 20 min journey which was absolutely fine.

My wife and I rode the Yellow mini bus both ways between the Orlando Airport and the Resort. Apart from the comfort and leisurely ride, the driver was really knowledgeable about the city sites, and was happy to share the information in a most entertaining manner.

Brilliant service, took a little longer on the arrival trip as there were 3 other drop offs before us. Just us on the departure trip so no waiting. Overall a great inexpensive way to get the family and lots of luggage to and from the airport.
