Departure & Return
The service is from Monday to Sunday, 24 hours a day. It is important that you indicate your flight number and the airline, for your return flight. One of our agents will be in contact with you to schedule your pick-up time and take you to the airport. At arrivals, we will be waiting with your name written on a sheet or the cell phone screen. For the return, from the hotel to the airport, the pick up is two hours before the departure time. You coordinate it with our office.

- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
