Don’t buy this! Just buy the tour WITH the boat ticket. Otherwise you are just out of money

Ad was misleading. Was not able to use this because it doesn’t come with the boat ticket. Tried to get help- was told just to go to the website for the parks service. Where I could get the tour at the same time and cheaper

Viator is misleading

The USS Arizona itself was incredible. However, my experience with Viator was misleading. It wasn’t clear that I needed to also reserve a time, so I wound on the wait list. To say I felt scammed is an understatement.

Rip off, just buy at the door

Do not waste your time with this "tour" this is just the audio tour you can buy right at USPH. It is the boat you need to get tickets for or stand around ALL day waiting on your name to be called from the wait list. This is a terrible experience and the men and women who gave their life that day deserve so much better.

Very moving

Wonderful...the narration was very informative and it takes you "behind the scenes" telling about all of the details with equipment, lifestyle and culture, personal stories and experiences. I was very emotional throughout this whole tour but it's a must see.

We can chose the time of the tour, they put a bad time for us and refuse to refund the money. Very bad attention too.

Did not get what we were told we would get.

Other tours we booked with Viator were very good. This one did not give us what the booking agent said it would. We were very disappointed and frustrated at not being able to see what we had hope to see during our once in a lifetime trip.
