Upon arrival at JFK International Airport (JFK), LaGuardia Airport (LGA) or Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), travel to any Manhattan hotel in style and comfort by arranging this shared-ride transfer vehicle. I was told to wait in the welcome center area and the would driver would call my name. I never heard him call my name but I was able to see him to ask if he was the driver. He said yes and rudely told me I was about to get left and walked off. Then I had to take carry all of my own bags while he walked ahead of me.

The most memorable part was when we finally arrived at our hotel after phoning the car company several times before they arrived. Eventually a gentleman in the airport spoke to them (he told us they were a terrible company and weren’t working well at all) We eventually arrived at our hotel after the other passengers had been dropped off despite the driver telling us we would be first because of the delay

Just a flawed service. Landed and it took 4 different calls to find a person who spoke English. They kindly let me know that our vehicle would be there in an hour. Hour? We have a reservation with our flight information.? We could not cancel as it was within 24 hours so we just ate the cost and got an Uber XL (within 3 minutes). I travel for a living and the entire find the information desk, go to the 80's phone bank, hope the vehicle is on time process is so out of date. You have an app? We were out $230.00 because we didn't believe the "one hour" comment was truthful. The operator really had no idea. Sad..

Overall it was fine. Wouldn’t go through Viator again, as we couldn’t reach the actual vendor with questions. Responses were not timely. The instructions were too vague. Emails asking for more specific instructions re: meeting place were never answered. When we arrived and called, we had to provide all the same info we'd already completed. Person on phone told us driver was already “there”, implying he was on his way inside to get us. We still waited another 20 minutes (which would have been fine, if we felt secure we were in the right location and they had told us 20 minutes). We were lucky, another terminal customer waited 90 minutes. Finally, just because a van seats that many, doesn’t mean it should. On our van, some folks spread out across the bench seats and later pickups were seriously clinging to little bits of seats. Also, the reason we chose Viator was that we had discount codes. We input the codes; but, none of the discounts showed up on the charges.

My flight was early. No shuttle came, even after I waited until the scheduled pick up time. When I called they told me the Shuttle already left and no more shuttle until the morning. The lady told me the solution I have is to take a cab or booked a room at the airport until the morning. I already had reservation at The Manhattan Time Square Hotel. I had no choice but to take cab. I will never use the Shuttle service again. Where is my refund.

We waited nearly an hour and a half, we called and talked to a very nice lady who assured us the driver was coming in 20 minutes. 45 minutes later we took a cab to our hotel! Both my friend and I were in wheelchairs from the airport so it was really very inconvenient!! Plus we arrived on the red-eye and were exhausted!

The driver arrived at terminal 7, but had left before we cleared security. Thankfully an assistant told him to come back but unfortunately it was a very long wait. The operator on the phone was no help at all. Would appreciate if the driver had stayed until we came out and not just left. The driver was a very lovely guy!

No reps were present at...

No reps were present at JFK T4. Had to ring a number. First guy couldn’t find our booking number but said driver was on way. Rang back when he didn’t turn up and booking now found but still no driver arriving. After 3rd or 4th call was picked up about 80 minutes after clearing security and first ringing the number given.

We had a 7:30am pick up at JFK. We called as requested at 7:30 and then again at 8:00. Someone finally came at 8:35. We had a shared ride so he stopped for another person. Then he proceeded to LaGuardia airport. Really, another airport? It took three hours to get to our hotel which is a 40 minute drive. If you are defining "shared" as going to different airports you should list that. I paid $250 dollars. Lesson learned - use Uber, Lyft or a cab. I will never use or recommend your service.

The Transfer company asked us for a booking number not mentioned on th Viator paperwork and had to call the travel agent to get the matter resolved. We waited over an hour before they even arrived. The drive was awesome to but this Go Link Company...never use them...even the driver said their communications is really bad

We prepaid 1783 NOK to the Shuttlebus company, but they didn’t pick us up. We calles the number on our tickets, they answered and said that they weren’t coming and then they hung up. No furter explanation! The operator at the ground transportation desk said that this was not the first time they didn’t pick up people, and he had to hjelp other find new transportation too. So we had to pay for a taxi to take us to the hotel. I want my money back!

2 hrs waiting. 5times calling. Nobody cares about us. Pick up other People from other airport. Last call promised upgrade that never happend Taxi Uber or other pick ups at the airport. Do not buck any transfer about Go Air Link !!!

No show of the minivan

arriving on JKF we dialed to inform that we had arrived. We were told that the driver would arrive in 10 to 15 minutes (terminal 4). After one hour waiting we called again, they said that the driver was ar terminal 7 and would come soon. Half an hour later there was still no driver so we decided to cancel and take a yellow cab.

We were waitng al terminal 5 since 9:30 am, where a bunch of people were. They said they went to pick us and couldnt find us., the driver never call our name, how could we know? I call and they told me that i have to wait for an hour to another driver to pick us. I waited for an hour...an nobody came. So I had to take an uber. I need a refund as I told the person who answered the phone. Very dissapointed.

We should call #18 from the phones located at the welcome Center Terminal ,4 in order to be picked up. After 3 additional calls nobody picked us up. Therefore I called UBER for the transfer. My Tip: Use Airport Train and the Subway. It much faster because of the traffic jam and it is less expensive than a shuttle ($8 Airtrain plus $ 2,75 Subway per person) . Believe me, you will need to save every $.. New York is horrable expensive
