Big bus bust
Jeanette_F
, May 2022
Most of the buses were filled and we had to wait for another several times BUT Worst of all I paid for both Ted and Blue tours and they canceled the Blue tour with the lame excuse that there was a parade on 5th Ave We were told we could come back the next day. But we were there only for one day We asked many and our Uber Driver if there was a parade and they said no You can get to Central Park without going up 5th

Just use the metro

Many issues with this service. No AC if you are in the lower deck and it is getting really warm in NYC. Huge lines to start the ride and take really long to dispatch each bus They eliminated the Times Sq stop for Saturday and announce an alternative one. However, that was a lie. They didn't open an alternative spot and I wasted lists of time on that until realized that there simply was no stop and had to go to a new one. The chat in the app never connects you. Waiting over 10 minutos twice to ask about the stop and nothing.

Don't waste your time or money !

If you have the misfortune of sitting on the lower level you will regret ever booking this trip. You won't see anything and good luck getting a seat up top once you're seated. Way too many people trying to get on and turned away. All you'll see is delivery trucks, scaffolding and people walking. The worst experience ever. Their system sucks. I would have jumped off the Brooklyn Bridge if we were near it.77

Long queue and stations are very far. Recommend to top view which has many places and near by any hotel in downtown area. Due to this long queue not able to complete tour.

Upbeat and informative narration. Music selections were a bit weird. The driver was very accommodating. The route provided good visuals and explanations of all the points of interest.

Is a nice deal!

Would have received a 5 star, but a few stops were passed by because of an abortion rally. There was no notice and we waited over half an hour at 2 stops each. Plus NOT all stops allow you to just board with your download. You have to go to certain places to redeem download for a ticket. DID I MISS THIS INFO??

Hard to justify
Rich_Y
, May 2022
It was an expensive bus ride for the experience. Plus side was we could see alot of the city without having to do alot of walking. Negative was the ear phones and terrible audio. The actual guided information of points of interest of what we're seeing or passing was very sparse with very bad audio when it was given. When no features were being pointed out there was terrible music coming through at a much higher amplified sound than the spoken guide making the ear buds all but worthless.

Two busses sitting at M...
Neil_D
, May 2022
Two busses sitting at M and M stop and a long line of people. Weren’t loading. Seats on bottom. Waited 25 mins. And seems only one person could tell people to board when there were 6 people standing around. Never again. Waste of money
