My friends and I booked separately, I booked using my debit card for two and my friends tried to book using PayPal, however it kept issuing an “error” message. I called to find a solution, I was given only an option for my friends to pay cash, which they didn’t have because we were staying at the Warwick Hotel, which is all inclusive. Finally, I just requested a refund in which I was told would be no problem, I would receive a call in a few hours. Never received a call, called the next day and was told to call back in thirty minutes so they could review my request. I then called back as requested thirty minutes later, no answer after over calling 6 times. I will never use this company ever again!

Our guides were very nice and friendly, but we only went with two other people who were not even going on the Banana Boat they were snorkeling. We were dropped off first on a private island, nothing on the island but sand and had to wait over an hour for them to come back while taking the other two people snorkeling. We went on a large float and not really a banana boat. For the price it was doable, however a lot of wasted time waiting on an island with nothing to do unless we wanted to spend more money on a jet ski.
