Steamboat is beautiful, service is whack
Tiana_M

All in all, it was great! I love the history, and the boat ride itself, and the food was good. Only reason I didn’t give a higher rating, is because service was whack. Being a waitress myself, you find the lack of attention the waitress gave you. From the start, we had to wait to be seated .. we saw our next table but I guess they were only seating people walking in from the other side and so we missed the good tables and they sat us under a tv and couldn’t see anything the tour guide was talking about.. the table was added so the waitress never saw us and took forever to take our order and give us a menu (which we had to ask for) . She didn’t inform us on anything , this was our first time going and didn’t know we could order more than one item on the menu. We were continuously forgotten to which we ended up walking around the boat to see what was left to actually see before re-docking. Waitress had to flag us down to pay , when if she would have just came to our table, we would have paid right then and there. Like I said, all in all , it was great .. but the service could have been way better!

The cruise was absolutely beautiful and the food was delicious. The server Cleo was the bomb.com and made sure we were having a good time while in the dining hall. I highly recommend this cruise if you are coming to New Orleans to unwind.

The favorite part of our trip to New Orleans was the cruise. The Brunch was good, as a chef I understand challenges involved. Really good shrimp and grits.

The staff was great. The food was good. But, the time it took for us to get our food reduced the time we could enjoy the sights and the boat.

A Taste of Louusuana
Frances_O
, Oct 2020
We took my granddaughter, who is visiting from the state of WA, on the lunch cruise. It was a first for all three of us. We enjoyed the lunch, which I have termed, “A taste of Louisiana”, because we were able to experience a variety of delicious foods Louisiana has to offer, including the banana foster and southern bread pudding. We all enjoyed the whole package! Thank you for making this cruise available.
