Napa Valley Wineries Tour Including Picnic Lunch

Very poor experience, they told us to be ready at 9 am and never mentioned anything about the driver will call 5 min before arrival , so we finally waited for 2 hours , arrived at 11 :00 am . It was a big bus , totally packed with only seats left next to the toilet! ( they should not count those seats ) , the driver was really only that, no comments about wineries or anything about the area… when I booked the tour the description mention 5 wineries! They only took us to 3 and the wines were not the best … in general very disappointed.

The most memorable part of going to Napa was Experiencing the different wineries and the tour on the bus. Everyone that was on the tour bus had a good time singing to old-school music and laughing and enjoying the scenery. I am glad that I was able to make more memories with my best friend and my auntie. I really believe if you take this tour you will absolutely enjoy it.

Our pick up was late by 2 hours due to other parties making driver late to pick others up. We were picked up in a private vehicle eventually and dropped off with the main group late to join the first winery tasting. That’s the only negative part of our tour experience. Our driver Abe was great! Loved his personality 😊.

Nice tour bus guide. The wineries they chose are not good ones , the first one is very small and the last one smells like cow manure , it was terrible and the place was unkept /shabby .

First off our driver was just that, a driver. Zero knowledge of wine country and basically no communication. The vineyard choices were terrible. The majority of of our tasting pours we dumped, the staff at the vineyards were moody and rude. We felt like hurdled cattle the whole time instead of enjoying a nice experience. The only redeemable vineyard was the Robledo family vineyard. (Not even in Napa, where our tour was supposed to be) They at least had some decent wine. If it weren’t for me making my way to have a conversation with the a staff member (the son of the owner) I would have learned nothing about the vineyard of the history of the family. The young girl pouring basically told us what she was pouring and scampered off. Zero insight. The picnic lunch was pathetic. A dry turkey sandwich with no condiments to make it palatable. Only 2 of the 5 in our group ate it. The others just ate the chips and cookie. There was not enough water in the cooler to go around for the group. None of the vineyards offered water. The air conditioner couldn’t keep up and the whole bus was complaining. When I shell out $125 a ticket I expect to get some type of pleasant experience. This was far from that. We should have just gone to a bar and had wine. What a waste of a day in wine country.

Great tour! Great wineries! Fun tour driver! My feedback is more for Viator to put more details about the wineries on the page, or update it. It says we go to 4 wineries but it’s 3. Also your fee for the tastings isn’t included. I just feel like the more info the better. That way people know what they will be experiencing.

we had a great time Abe was an amazing tour guide, the bus was comfortable, the winery staffs were very corteous and professional, and made us feel welcome at all 3 that we visited

Met a great group of people 11 of us just the right size to keep it personal nice luxury van & the top came down the 3 wineries were great & the picnic lunch was delicious

The driver was very accommodating and timely. He made everyone on board comfortable and happy. One of the best experiences yet!

Overall very good. Would not recommend Robledo winery as one of your stops. There was no presentation or explanation of the wine being poured. In addition, the setting was not very inviting.
