We took the class as a family and loved every minute of it. The setting, kitchen, large windows and host/chef Will was amazing. He explained very clearly and we had no problem baking amazing bagels. Even my husband who can’t even boil eggs :) recommend this to anyone visiting Montréal.

We had a fantastic time during the workshop. The steps were easy and clear. The proof as they say was in the pudding. The bagels turned out delicious Too bad this was during COVID and couldn’t smell what we were doing…(face masks)

Wonderful experience and the bagels we made really were delicious. I am looking forward to impressing my friends back home with my authentic Montreal bagels. Will was a great host and teacher with a sense of humor. Converted me to the use of a kitchen scale for baking! If taking this workshop during this time of COVID, bring a water bottle as you do get thirsty. Highly recommend!

Loved the class. Clean space little small for bigger groups as you work on the same table with others (we were 9) but very enthusiastic and personable Instructer that wants you to have fun while you learn something new. Would recommend!
