Eric did a fantastic job on our tour! He was right on time, knowledgeable of the area, engaging and just provided an overall great experience. Our cart was clean and he maneuvered the city streets beautifully. He was hospitable and took pictures that we will share with our family for years to come! I highly recommend!

Therefore, we reached out to you before the tour via various forms of communication and offered you multiple same day and next day options (time slots) to reschedule your tour with another guide or a full (100%) refund. You declined a tour reschedule therefore we processed your full refund with Viator. As you booked the tour with Viator it takes a few days for them to process the refund. Mr. Jenkins, we did everything in our power to acommodate you within our means and current Covid-19 epidemics. We want to make sure that everyone attending our tours is safe, our staff and our clients. We only offer the best experience for our clients but these extraordinary times sometimes affect our operations in an unprecedented way. Seeing the Holocaust memorial was humbling. We were given time to walk around and take our time. Our guide pointed out a lot of fantastic areas of South Beach and allowed us to get out and take photos whenever we were wanted. He had great suggestions for dinner and dropped us where we wanted after the tour was over. It was well worth the money.

This tour allowed us a chance to see more of the city, up close. Eric, our guide provided insights on great restaurants to visit, and made sure we stopped at places to take the perfect pictures! This was a great tour and would recommend. The tour consisted of just our group, which made us feel comfortable and safe during this pandemic.
