Make the most of your time in the Yucatan on a full-day tour to Chichen Itza with round-trip transport from your Merida hotel. In addition to navigating, your guide provides little-known facts about the ancient Mayan ruins, which are often unmarked and need context. After the tour, cool down with a swim in a secluded jungle cenote and a complimentary buffet lunch of local Mexican fare.

There was no trip at all. We received no confirmation about the pick-up time and no one showed up. We tried getting our hotel’s receptionist to call their office number, but there was no one there. The other reviews are from March 2020 and we suspect that the company is closed due to COVID-19.
Good trip, knowledgable guide
, Mar 2020
The trip was excellent, started off with a visit to Chichen Itza, followed by lunch at a buffet place with traditional food (but it's full of tourists as you would expect), and then a visit to a Cenote. The guide in Chichen Itza was knowledgable and I enjoyed the visit. Lunch had a good spread including tacos. The cenote was lovely and a sight to marvel at. However, I do think it was quite busy (but can't be helped). Overall a good tour.
Too many vendors harassing you for a sale!

Too many vendors going after you for sales. Could not enjoy the beauty due to this. Every step you were bombarded with someone trying to sell you something. Uxmal much nicer and no sales harassment.
Great experience

Tour was well organised, lunch was great and the tour of the ruins was excellent. Our tour group was small and the cenote swimming was definitely our highlight.
Great time
, Feb 2020
Our tour had six people in it. This allowed for a more intimate setting while walking the ruins as compared to the large groups. There was plenty of time to self-explore at Chichen Itza as well as Ik Kil. Tour guide is five star. The only area for improvement was the confirmation of the morning pick up at hotel. There wasn't one. We waited for 75 minutes. Fix this issue and this is five star rating.

Great tour guide and driver were great. Only negative was overpriced drinks at lunch 60 pesos for a small bottle of water ! Paid 10 today in Oxxo! Also have to pay for entrance to cenote 80 pesos. Entry to Chichen Itza now 475 pesos.Ended up more expensive than expected.

Elias, our tour guide, was excellent. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He took us to an amazing cenote that was less well-known. I feel the confirmation procedures could be improved, by allowing confirmation the day before via email (rather than a phonecall).
