It’s cheaper to book this experience with Viator than directly with the business itself, so this was a good value. It was a relaxing experience for us both. We loved the sweet tea (skip the a sweetened pot with the tag) and the steam baths. My compassion said his massage was too light, but mine was rough. Pro-tip: if you’re female, wear a swimsuit that you can undo in the back to leave your whole back exposed instead of one that requires you to pull it completely down to your waist like I did for modesty. You will be topless, facedown, during the massage.

The location is so authentic you feel like are stepping back in time from the facilities to the aromas and amazing staff (Daniel scrubbed bad memories off of me🤣) Pro tip if you are getting a massage or a scrub wear a bathing suit that allows easy access for a back scrub for example. There are no private rooms so if you look to the side you see people getting their services. Not bad just not typical set up.

This was my second visit the first three years ago. It was better than expected, normally your second visit is less than expected in this time it was better. The only thing I missed was the cushions when you have a tea. Also I would love to use my sandals. Going batefoot I think it is dangerous. I have a broken shoulder and I wanted to use my sandals to avoid any slippery, bit Iwas not permitted.

Online booking was stessful. I wanted to book for 4 people at the same time but it would not allow me. I tried to upgrade it was rejected and adviced to speak to customer care. After waiting on line for a long time the customer care said they would email me. I got an email that evening saying it was rejected. I panicked booked another time for two people. Then I got a phone call saying tgey could accomdate all 4 at the same time at 12.00pm. But the email I got still said 2.00pm. It was all confusing and stessfull. The bath we felt was crowded and some of us could not get to lie on the hot stone.

A really beautiful piece of architecture, we were in awe at how beautiful the baths were, The many levels and the different materials used were sensational. We felt like we were in a movie. We had the scrub and the massage. The scrub was nice, a little harsh but my skin was lovely after it. The massage was not so good. I would say more like a rub. The same movement was used throughout the treatment and there was never any pressure applied. The three most important components of any massage in any country are efflurage, Pettrisage and kneading among various others. Effleuarage was used solely throughout my treatment. My fiancé had a different therapist who asked him about pressures and used the components mentioned above. My therapist was a lovely girl, really friendly and polite. I think she needs more training in massage as I am sure she will be amazing. I have given 4 stars as my only fault was the massage. It is expensive but well worth it if you get a nice massage not a rub.

Beautiful baths, very relaxing experience. Get there as early as possible to make the most of the 90 mins in the baths as we lost some time to the changing areas so had more limited time using the facilities then were ushered out immediately after the massage (next booking were coming). Missed the steam room/sauna but the hot stone room was perfect and the warm water in the pools alongside the incense and tea made for a super chilled final day of the holiday. Massage and scrubs were great with lovely attentive staff.
