Worth every penny

I went with my two friends as we were studying abroad. The highlights were the food and the company. Diego, the head chef, was funny, helpful, and patient with all of us. He gave us a history of each dish and told us how to personalize and experiment with the dish if we wanted to. A great experience overall and definitely worth the money.

This is a very fun cooking class! Hands on experience. Class only lasted about 2.5 hours. After preparing the dishes you get to eat them and enjoy wine and sangria.

Class was great! Instructor very informative and very good showing technique. Food was excellent - well worth the price of the class. Only negative, I didn't get the recipes which were suppose to have been emailed. No way to contact to ask in case email address was wrong.

Tapas cooking class

The chef/teacher was nice and we made many good tapas. It was nice but would have been nicer if we had been eating together at a set table. We did actually not do so much cooking our selves which was a little disappointing

Excellent cooking class, was one of the highlights of our stay in Madrid. The group was small, 8 people, and the set up of all working around one big 'station' meant it was very sociable and we enjoyed chatting with the other participants. We ate and drank as the tapas were prepared and ready. There was plenty to eat, definitely arrive hungry, and we took extra away with us to have the next day. The tutors were very knowledgeable and personable. Would highly recommend this workshop!

The only recommendation we have is to add alternative recipe ingredients to the recipes you send to participants. Some of the ingredients didnt match up. As an example, the recipe for baked mushrooms doesnt include shrimp in the mushroom caps and they were a great addition. The whole evening was fantastic. The other participants were fun. We would definitely do this again. Thank you for a great experience.

This cooking class was a wonderful experience! There were four of us in the class, one from Australia, one from the UK, a local, and myself from the US. Rafa was a superb host and teacher. He was very informative as well as entertaining. The whole set-up was fun to work in and very efficient. Now, the food... simply amazing! All of the prep for each dish was done so all we had to do was put things together. The ingredients were fresh and the end results were delicious! Some of the dishes were eaten as we prepared them while others were saved until the end when we had a feast! I was stuffed by the time we were finished, as were the other attendees. If you're considering this class, all I can say is Do It! It's well worth the cost, educational, entertaining, fun, and delicious! I can't wait to cook these dishes at home.
