Not a bad tour, but don't sign up for the tapas tasting. It's really far in another part of town. You must take a taxi or Uber to get there. So what's the point of the tapas tasting? Wish I had known the location prior to choosing that option.

We (four adults) booked a guided tour of the Prado. Irene, our guide, arrived at the meeting point a bit early as did we, and as there were no other participants, we set off right away. Irene was the ideal guide. She was very knowledgeable, kept track of us, spoke clearly and loud enough for us to hear her in sometimes noisy rooms, expertly guided us into rooms and spots where we could see what she wanted to point out, answered questions knowledgeably, and overall provided a top notch experience.

This was a very informative tour, our guide seemed to know a lot, but she had a very soft voice making it really hard for everyone on the tour to hear. She showed up late, did not give us time to look around the other pieces of art, and kept "Shhhh! - ing" everyone else in the museum. Those ear pieces could have really helped.

Our guide lost us at the very start of the tour

She lost us from the beginning. There were many tours and 4 corridors coming together at the same time. We tried to stay close but she had no sign to show her location, so we got lost in the mingle of other groups. We were left to ourselves for the day. Also we did not skip any lines. We had to wait behind lots of people to get inside! Not what was promised.

Lo bueno de este tour fue: 1- que no tuvimos que esperar la larga línea para entrar, 2- que la persona que nos guió sabía mucho y nos llevó y nos explicó las piezas clave del museo. Nosotros no somos expertos y eso nos sirvió. Lo que mejoraría: fue difícil encontrar el meeting point entre tanta gente (el guía no estaba identificado) y el tour fue bastante rápido para el gran acervo cultural que tiene el museo. Después del tour te podes quedar el tiempo que quieras pero no teníamos ni un folleto para guiarnos, hay que ir preparado!! porque es todo a través de códigos QR y además es muy fácil perderte en el museo. Además no nos dieron dispositivos para audio por lo que se hizo difícil escuchar las explicaciones entre tanta gente. El museo Reina Sofía lo hicimos por nuestra cuenta y vale la pena

Buenos días, antes de nada gracias por compartir su opinión. Lamentamos que sintiera que el tour iba rápido. Desafortunadamente, en dos horas se hace muy complicado enseñar y explicar todos los cuadros que alberga, por eso tratamos de enseñar lo más relevante y luego que ustedes puedan seguir disfrutando por su cuenta.
