The ticket value was good but the information we got from the person we collected the plastic card from at the airport was not accurate. We asked if we needed anything other than the card to make use of the attractions/activities and he said no. This meant we did not have a paper ticket for the Peak tram and had to pay again. We were unlucky with the weather and fog meant there were no panoramic views from anywhere so the savings we would have made on single attractions didn't happen. There was no point doing the viewing tower or the cable car as you would see nothing. The hop-on hop-off bus was very good, but you need to be able to get to the harbour, to get a cardboard ticket, before you can use it. With the metro being so cheap and frequent, you may be better using that and seeing what the weather is like. You may also be unlucky with the availability certain items included in the list as they have limited availability.

Iadventure cards were awesome!! We used most of the vouchers and deals included. There were a few attractions down for maintenance and the show in Macau was not available, but overall the savings were great!! Would definitely recommend to those visiting Hong Kong and Macau.

Be leery of this card. Overall the actual attractions are enjoyable and provided a nice overview of many of the top tourist type attractions in Hong Kong. However, beware use of this card at certain attractions is not as seamless as is advertised and to find the ticketing office becomes a google map scavenger hunt around Hong Kong. To be fair, some attractions are flawless and the card is a real gem. For example, the cable car there is even a special queue for the card that leads to dedicated ticket redemption booths. The sunset cruise is an example of the other end of the spectrum. For this attraction the card must be presented at a ticketing office in advance before being able to board the ship. The ticket office is only open Monday through Friday and a few hours on Saturday and is located nowhere near the pier but rather in an obscurer sixth floor office in the back corner of a travel agency. The Peak Tram off site ticket redemption office still remains a hidden Hong Kong mystery. The redemption of the Ocean Park ticket required a 24-hour advance notice via e-mail and a meet spot at a Holiday Inn lobby nowhere near the theme park with a 45-minute bus ride just to get to the park entry which could have easily been done via the MTR station that is at the entrance to the theme park. The bus that day was 30 minutes late and rush hour traffic made things even worse. Have the group guide meet the people at the park entrance instead and cut out the bus and the horrible meet spot. Especially since there is no return trip and the card holder is responsible for the return journey. Macau was not even attempted due to all the issues the card had on the Hong Long side.

Value for money but you have to travel to diff places in search for all the entrance ticket, waste of time. Secondly, TKW Macau tour is the worst tour group. We were stranded in Macau due to typhoon, they cancelled the tour last min, didn’t render any help and refuse to give us the meal voucher we paid

This is not good value for money. There is some confusion as to where to pick up tickets. We did this at the first attraction but had to mould our itinerary to allow for this, only to be told that we had to go to another place for the harbour tour tickets they can only be booked on certain days BTW. Also tickets have to be purchased separately at each venue you cannot simply swipe your card at each venue as advertised - a mistake or misrepresentation? The 360 observation point on the Peak did not allow entry for us on these tickets and we had to pay extra the Macau/Disneyland trips also require supplements. Madame Tussauds is not included although clearly shown in publicity material don't be fooled!. All together I feel a bit cheated and cannot recommend this at all. In contract our Singapore pass was excellent value for money and easy to use.

We wish to record our utter disappointment when we went for the Bubba Gump dinner supposedly worth HK378 per person according to the IVenture brochure this evening. After we were ushered to our table we were given 1 sheet of menu see attachments and was told that our 3 course dinner meal will consist of:- 1. Tomato and Vegetable Soup 2. Either Captain's Fish and Chips OR Slow roasted half rack BBQ ribs OR Shrimp and Asparagus Baked Rice 3. Chocolate Sundae and 1 glass of lemonade drink NO OTHER CHOICES!! We asked why can't we choose from their main menu which we had checked out earlier in their websites and were looking forward to savour some of their many dishes available. However we were told that this was the menu for IVenture customers. Immediately my wife and I knew that we were taken for a ride. We felt we were treated as third class customers. Is it because we handed our IVenture card to them upon arrival and they thought that we can't afford to pay our meals? My 12 year son chose the fish and chips and my wife and I ordered the BBQ ribs. True enough our suspicions came true. The soup bowl was not even half full and my son who loves fish and chips didn't finish the 4 miserable pieces of fish and some chips on his plate. There were only 3 pieces of ribs in our plates given that they had advertised half rack. Overall we didn't enjoy our dinner and couldn't wait to leave and felt ribbed-off pardon the pun. BTW, we were given a time limit of 1 hr and 15 minutes for our dinner because it was a Friday night. Also attached is a photo of the IVenture brochure showing a picture of a large plate of seafood No.11. This was certainly not offered to us. Perhaps IVenture can substitute this with our attached photos so that future IVenture customers will not be surprised when they get there.

I wish I had done sufficient research before purchasing this pass. Unlike other cities, this pass really does not cover enough attractions to justify its cost. You also have to go to a separate location to purchase your ticket for some of the attractions (such as the Peak Tram) which is not explained well at all. We were not able to use this pass on our trip. Do not waste you money on this ill conceived offer.
