This tour was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I did it solo for my birthday. There were not hiccups. Everything started on time. The transfer location was easy. The group size was small (only 5 of us). The people working at the zip lining park were kind and patient in explaining the instructions. There were 8 separate zip lines. The ranged from low to high, slower and faster, hands and no hands. It was thrilling and freeing! The views of The forest were breathtaking. Definitely do it.

Transportation included was nice. Fun ride in to the rainforest. About 40 mins from San Juan. Beautiful views. Ziplines were fun and safe. It's a pretty short accounts of time spent ziplining. There are 2 long zips though the rainforest. Wish it were a little bit longer. But you get back quickly so you have a whole afternoon free.

The rainforest was beautiful! We got to see some wild life and the weather was perfect on the day that we went! The staff were extremely kind and supportive, and made the experience even more enjoyable! Would definitely do it again, it was a great way to celebrate my friend’s birthday! We also had an amazing tour guide, ask for Ruben!

I enjoyed the zipline rainforest it was a wonderful experience. The place overall was so beautiful staff was amazing and showed us a safe and concerned and trained well on how to use the zipline. Thank you all for a wonderful day

We had a blast myself, my daughter, my sister and our friend. This was the first experience on zipline for us. My only little problem was them metal ladder rungs to get to top boy it can wear you out, but to do the zipline it was worth it. We had so much fun and enjoyed every bit of it. The crew members were amazing and caring they explained everything for our safety and protection. Highly recommended to do zipline it is amazing!!

The staff were exceptional! They were welcoming, patient, kind, and brave! I felt very safe even though I was terrified. The attention to detail, quality harnesses, landing pads, ropes, gloves, etc...even the sturdy footing made the experience all the more assuring. The property is well maintained, organized. The entire experience from greet to depart was A+. We will be back! Well done! Also the driver was wonderful, a local guy, just lovely!

I thoroughly enjoyed this activity...as the other reviews said the staff members were extremely helpful. As the difficulty of zip lining starts from very easy to intense, even though I was really scared to attempt to participate, I was surprisingly enjoying and cherished the seventh zip line which is the most intense one. I mean it is collectively amazing experience!!!
