3-hour Snorkeling and Catamaran in Cabo San Lucas

We had such a fun time on this excursion! The staff was amazing. Someone from our group felt a little seasick towards the end and one of the staff made him some miracle drink to make him feel immediately better. The snorkeling was a ton of fun and there definitely was an abundance of fish.

The staff was amazing, very kind and fun. The boat was clean and comfortable. It was easy to find and simple overall. It definitely is a bit more of a party boat but within reason (kids were there too). It’s the perfect length to pair with something else in the evening while still having a chill morning.

We had the best time!! Will definitely do again!! Crew was fun and kept everyone safe and very helpful!

Unfortunately we cannot give this cruise a good review. First we booked it for Monday and the tour operator called and said the boat was not available on the original date but he would move us to another boat. On the same date. We should have cancelled. . I asked them to be sure and update our Viator records and tickets. They did not. The alternate boat sailed at a different time and place which we had no idea. He never updated our Viator tour records or tickets. We arrived early on Monday and got a call at noon asking us why we did not make the trip. We told him we were at the dock over 1 1/2 hours early for the trip. Long story short. He said he would NOT rebook us for another day. We called Viator and they worked with the operator to get us rebooked the next day on the original tour. When we arrived early for this tour the operator wanted us to pay an additional $300 us. We refused and showed him the copy of the email Viator provided showing he agreed to the updated date honoring the original tour booked. After a bit of back and forth we were allowed on the boat. The crew was positive and up-beat. The boat is old and has seen its prime. No flippers were provided for snorkeling snd getting off the boat was difficult for many. No fresh water was provided yo rinse off the sea water. The food is mediocre. The drinks plentiful. Better choices exist.

Horrible experience with this trip. They didn’t keep life jacket for my kid ( 11 year old ) knowing that the sea was too rough. The captain was unfriendly and disrespectful. Never put your money on this if you are planning with family

Was running 15 minutes late as the cruise ship I was on had problems getting people off. The start time of this was 2 hours after we were suppose to disembark, so I should have had plenty of time. I contacted the tour operator and they could not wait. I understand that. They would not offer any kind of refund either. I asked if we could meet in the middle at half and was shot down. I have been in this situation before (rare, but it happens) and tour operators are usually willing to work with you and come to a fair compromise. That was not my experience here. Admittedly, they did not have any obligation to work with me, and they chose not to.

My husband and I had a great time! Highly recommend! Friendly staff, great music, drinks and great snorkeling!!! Good value too :)

The crew was amazing and they definitely accommodated the entire party and their requests. I highly and enthusiastically recommend this excursion when visiting Cabo San Lucas!!

We had a great time and the crew was very friendly and pleasant. Everything was nice and clean and we enjoyed ourselves very much.

I booked a private catamaran excursion for 18 family members to celebrate 2 birthdays. Gillian with Viator helped with setting up the private excursion but on the day of excursion 6 strangers were on the catamaran. However, the other people got along well with our group. Staff was RUDE to our group! They refused to play our birthday playlist, (as I was told they would play), they said the speakers could not go loud but as we were docking back at the marina they blasted the music, and staff did not interact with us or serve us drinks as they did the people outside of our group. We were not able to kayak or do any other water activities besides snorkeling, which was included in the excursion. Staff did not bring out the birthday cake until 5-minutes before we docked. No one was able to eat any of the cake, not even those whose birthdays we were celebrating!! The worst thing was when I witnessed the captain of the catamaran spray himself (face, head, neck, and back) with sanitizer after someone in our group walked away. Staff was standing amongst themselves talking when one of the ladies in our group approached to ask a question. As she walked away, I witnessed the captain pick up the spray bottle and stray himself with sanitizer as he and other staff laughed. As an African American, I found this behavior extremely disgusting and offensive! I give this experience a one star rating because no lower option was available. I do not recommend this catamaran and snorkeling excursion. Please spend your money patronizing other tour companies that value and respect all of their customers! Thank you!
