We took a "generations trip to cabo.my mom, my daughter, and myself. This cooking class was great. We went to market learned how to buy our ingredients. Chef Francisco was outstanding. Instruction and recipes were excellent. I recommend this your for everyone. Something different but so fun.

Chef was so nice, made our experience awesome. Explained traditions as well as cultural differences and how we do things in USA. Myself, mom , and daughter enjoyed ourselves. Margaritas were excellent and have new recipes for when we returned Highly recommend this tour and we will be back to do again next time we come to Cabo..

Fransisco was wonderful! He met us at a market where we purchased our ingredients and then drove us to his house for the class. We were very interested in the ingredients and how he used various peppers. He made way more things than on the list and the food was amazing! We loved making the tortillas from scratch and he made wonderful margaritas. We would highly recommend this tour! Be prepared for a 5 hour excursion!

My daughter and I had the best day with chef Francisco. We made so many dishes and the Posole was amazing. Francisco was gracious and informative. Next time we return to Cabo I plan on learning from chef Francisco how to make Tamales. Highly recommend.

This was an excellent class! We all enjoyed every minute of our time with Chef Francisco and Luz. The salsas and the tamales were amazing as were the margaritas! I highly recommend doing this class if you are in San Jose Del Cabo.

The class with Francisco's expertise was outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable and his cooking expertise was exceptional. We know very well we will be back on our next visit. It is well worth the drive from Cabo to San Jose del Cabo to take the class with Francisco. I would highly recommend signing up a d taking this class. Money well spent. Can't wait to make tortillas at home.

This cooking class with Francisco was the best! We had such a great time. Since it was only us on the tour, we had the option to make whatever we wanted. We went through the market and he showed us a lot of cool stuff while answering all our questions. Once we got our ingredients, we went to a small local place to try some enchiladas which were incredible. Afterwards we went back to cook. We made our own margaritas, 3 different delicious salsas, fresh guac, and chicken barbacoa. It was all incredible. Francisco and Luz were so nice and welcoming. We will be taking this class again next time we come back! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
